1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at Contact@tablelights.shop with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item(s) back.
  3. Shipping the Item(s): Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and send them to the return address provided.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item and size (if applicable) in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging in your email to Contact@tablelights.shop. We will prioritize replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
